An object can also be one of the cutting edges and one of the objects being trimmed. For example, in the illustrated light fixture, the circle is a cutting edge for the construction lines and is also being trimmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"347\" src=\"https:\/\/dwgsee.com\/cad\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/trim1-1024x347.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-705\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dwgsee.com\/cad\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/trim1-1024x347.png 1024w, https:\/\/dwgsee.com\/cad\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/trim1-300x102.png 300w, https:\/\/dwgsee.com\/cad\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/trim1-768x260.png 768w, https:\/\/dwgsee.com\/cad\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/trim1.png 1312w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
When you trim several objects, the different selection methods can help you choose the current cutting edges and objects to trim.
