Dimensions
The basic types of dimensioning are aligned, linear, angular, radius, diameter, and arc length.
Aligned Dimension
Creates a linear dimension that is aligned with the origin points of the extension lines.
Click Menu "Editor", and then choose "Aligned"
Specify the first point of dimension.
Specify the second point of dimension.
Specify dimension position.
Linear Dimension
Creates a linear dimension with a horizontal, vertical, or rotated dimension line
Click Menu "Editor", and then choose "Linear"
Specify the first point of dimension.
Specify the second point of dimension.
Specify dimension position.
Angular Dimension
Angular dimensions measure the angle between two selected geometric objects or three points.
Click Menu "Editor", and then choose "Angular"
Specify the first point of dimension.
Specify the second point of dimension.
Specify dimension position.
Radius Dimension
Measures the radius of a selected circle or arc and displays the dimension text with a radius symbol in front of it. You can use grips to reposition the resulting radius dimension easily.
Click Menu "Editor", and then choose "Radius"
Specify the arc/circle.
Specify dimension position.
Diameter Dimension
Measures the diameter of a selected circle or arc, and displays the dimension text with a diameter symbol in front of it. You can use grips to easily reposition the resulting diameter dimension.
Click Menu "Editor", and then choose "Diameter"
Specify the arc/circle.
Specify dimension position.
Arc Length Dimension
Arc length dimensions measure the distance along an arc or polyline arc segment.
Click Menu "Editor", and then choose "Dim arc length"
Specify the arc/circle entity.
Specify dimension position.
How to add new Dimension Style?
